If this sounds like you, welcome! We have designed this empowering workshop with YOU in mind. We invite you to join together with a small group of sensitive, caring women like yourself to experience the power of self-compassion. We’ll guide you to get in touch with your inner critic, and practice a variety of strategies to transform negativity into a fountain of acknowledgement, encouragement, and self-compassion. Your journey will include self-reflection and sharing in a series of individual and small group exercises.
By the end of the workshop you’ll have a unique tool, along with a handout, to help you integrate and apply what you have learned into your daily life. We look forward to having you join us for this one of a kind experience!

Rosemary Nichols, Professional Organizer & ADHD Decluttering Coach

Rosemary Nichols is a woman on a mission! She is passionate about helping women in transition cultivate self-compassion in their daily lives.
Rosemary uses clients’ organizing and decluttering challenges as opportunities to transform their inner critics into inner guides who encourage and empower them to move confidently into the next stage of their lives.
As a Workshop Leader, Educator and Personal Organizing & Decluttering Coach, Rosemary offers one-to-one services and conducts creative workshops on self-compassion, organizing, decluttering and variety of other healing and wellness topics.
